The Summer Pass gives you up to two hours of activity space during eligible off-peak hours from July 1–August 31, 2026 for just $250. The pass is valid for all activity spaces – golf & multisport simulators, karaoke rooms, and dart bays – and lets you reserve any eligible space Wednesdays and Thursdays anytime, or Fridays from 12–5 PM.

One pass covers the whole activity space, not just one person, so you're welcome to bring as many friends as your reserved space can accommodate. Your two included hours are available each eligible day and do not roll over.

Want to stay longer? No problem! Any additional time will simply be billed at our regular peak/off-peak rates. Reservations are subject to availability, and standard house rules and age requirements apply.

Our rooftop is open for the season! We look forward to welcoming you upstairs.

Our rooftop has its own full bar featuring anti-glare outdoor TVs, full food service, and a variety of seating options including dining tables, picnic tables, and lounge-style seating.

Please note: all ages are welcome to use the rooftop until 6:00PM. After 6:00PM, you must be 21 or older.

We are open to everyone! You do not need a membership to book any of our activity spaces, or visit our restaurant and bar area.

For simulators, darts, and karaoke we encourage reservations, but always do our best to accommodate walk-ins. We take reservations for the bar and dining room two weeks in advance here, but walk-ins are always welcome!

We will hold your table for 15 minutes, please call us at (203) 292-3169 if you are running late.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your reservation will be charged $20 per guest to the credit card on file when the reservation was made.

We require 24 hour notice for all cancellations (simulators, darts, and karaoke). Please see our full cancellation policy below:

All bookings require a hold using a valid credit or debit card.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time for any booking will result in a charge of 50% of the original booking fee.

In the case of a “no show” for any booking, including simulators, darts, or karaoke, the full booking fee will be charged (100% of the original booking fee included in your booking confirmation). A “no show” is any cancellation or party that doesn’t show up within 2 hours of your booking time.

We have created this cancellation policy to ensure the best experience possible for our guests. We understand that things come up, and you may need to cancel from time to time. We kindly request that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or change your booking to avoid any penalty charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. *Please note: If your party is over 12 people, a member of our team will be in touch, and a food and beverage pre-order is required. A 23% service charge applies to groups of 12+ in any of our activity spaces.

We are a family friendly facility, but ask that all our guests be respectful of other guests enjoying our space. Please note: on Friday and Saturday evenings, our bar & dining room are 21+ starting at 8pm, and our rooftop is 21+ starting at 6pm.

No. We love our furry friends, but we kindly ask that you please leave your pets at home while visiting The Clubhouse.

Yes, we are fully ADA compliant, and have an elevator for rooftop access.

Our state-of-the-art Full Swing simulators offer a variety of different experiences including golf and multisport activities ranging from football to Zombie dodgeball. You can also book a simulator bay to watch the big game or host a presentation (e.g. draft parties, corporate events, etc).

Nope! We provide all multisport equipment for each individual bay.

Yes, but you’ll need to create separate bookings. If you’d like to book spaces next to each other or specific bays or rooms, please email us at connect@theclubhousewestport.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

You will not be charged until the day of your booking, but a hold will be put on your credit card to secure your reservation.

All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult while visiting The Clubhouse.
