General FAQs

  • Monday: CLOSED

    *Please note: our rooftop is seasonal and weather-permitting, and has varied hours that can be checked here.

  • Our rooftop has its own full bar featuring anti-glare outdoor TVs, full food service, and a variety of seating options including picnic tables, fire pits, and Adirondack Chairs.

    If you’re looking for some fun outdoor activities, book one of our two regulation size cornhole sets and toss some bags on the green!

    Please note: you must be 16 or older to enjoy the rooftop. On weekends and after 7pm on weeknights, you must be 21+ to enjoy the rooftop.

  • We are open to everyone! You do not need a membership to book any of our activity spaces, or visit our restaurant and bar area.

  • For simulators, darts, and karaoke we encourage reservations, but always do our best to accommodate walk-ins. The bar area is walk-in and first come first serve only at this time.

  • Yes, of course!

  • If you’re looking to enjoy food and beverages during your activity or have a party of 4 or more, we recommend a minimum of 90 minutes.

    Please note: your time period booked ends 5 minutes to the hour to allow the next group to start on time.

  • Maximum Capacities Per Activity Space:

    Standard Bay: 6 people 

    Widescreen Bay: 12 people

    Dart Bay: 6 people

    Karaoke Room: 20 people

    Cornhole Set: 4 people

    Please note: If you reserve an activity space, and have a group larger than the stated maximums above, please email our team at events@theclubhousewestport.com. If you book an activity space and show up with more than the maximum number of people for this space without coordinating with our team, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund, or charge $10 per person for each additional guest.

  • We are a family friendly facility, but ask that all our guests be respectful of other guests enjoying our space. Please note: on Friday and Saturday evenings, you must be 21+ to enjoy the bar and restaurant starting at 8pm.

  • No. We love our furry friends, but we kindly ask that you please leave your pets at home while visiting The Clubhouse.

  • Yes, we are fully ADA compliant, and have an elevator for rooftop access.

  • You can book simulators, darts, or karaoke using our tee sheet. If you have any trouble or have questions on availability, please email us at connect@theclubhousewestport.com.

  • Our state-of-the-art Full Swing simulators offer a variety of different experiences including golf and multisport activities ranging from football to Zombie dodgeball. You can also book a simulator bay to watch the big game or host a presentation (e.g. draft parties, corporate events, etc).

  • Nope! We provide all multisport equipment for each individual bay.

  • Yes, but you’ll need to create separate bookings. If you’d like to book spaces next to each other or specific bays or rooms, please email us at connect@theclubhousewestport.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Bookings are available 14 days in advance. For private events, please fill out our inquiry form here.

  • Yes, pricing varies by day of the week and time of day. You can see pricing on our tee sheet.

  • You will not be charged until the day of your booking, but a hold will be put on your credit card to secure your reservation.

  • All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult while visiting The Clubhouse.

    Simulators - no age restrictions

    Darts - must be 12+ to throw

    Karaoke Rooms - no age restrictions

    *Please note a waiver is required for all activity spaces, and must be signed by a parent or guardian for anyone under 18.

  • We require 24 hour notice for all cancellations (simulators, darts, and karaoke). Please see our full cancellation policy below:

    All bookings require a hold using a valid credit or debit card.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled start time for any booking will result in a charge of 50% of the original booking fee.

    In the case of a “no show” for any booking, including simulators, darts, or karaoke, the full booking fee will be charged (100% of the original booking fee included in your booking confirmation).

    We have created this cancellation policy to ensure the best experience possible for our guests. We understand that things come up, and you may need to cancel from time to time. We kindly request that you provide sufficient notice if you need to cancel or change your booking to avoid any penalty charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.   • Of course! There is a cake / cupcake fee to bring in your own outside dessert.

    $25 charge for groups of 15 or less

    $50 for groups of 15+

    Please give us a head’s up at connect@theclubhousewestport.com. No peanut products allowed – we are a peanut-free facility.

Golf

  • Yes, feel free to bring your own clubs - we encourage it!

  • Yes, we have men’s, women’s, and junior clubs available for rent for an additional charge of $10 per set.

  • Yes, we have lefty clubs available for rent and they are available on a first come first serve basis. If you require a rental set of lefty clubs please email us ahead of time at connect@theclubhousewestport.com so we can do our best to accommodate.

  • Yes, we have junior clubs available for rent and they are available on a first come first serve basis. If you require a rental set of junior clubs please email us ahead of time at connect@theclubhousewestport.com so we can do our best to accommodate.

  • No, we will supply golf balls for your simulator experience. We will also supply sporting equipment if you choose to utilize our multisport technology (football, hockey stick, baseball, etc).

  • The Clubhouse is a premium entertainment space, and we ask that customers dress appropriately. Use your best judgment, we are an activity space so dress comfortably and ready to play.

    We recommend sneakers or flats for simulator use and the best experience. You are welcome to wear your own non-spiked golf shoes if you desire. Ladies high heels are also discouraged on the turf but welcome throughout the remainder of the facility.

  • Very accurate. Our Full Swing simulators are endorsed by top PGA golfers around the world including Tiger Woods. To learn more, please click here.

  • Yes, you are able to putt – the technology allows you to customize your experience with auto-putt or finishing out the hole.

  • We do not currently offer lessons.

Darts

  • Dartsee is our interactive dart board technology. It keeps score automatically using steel-tip darts, and offers a variety of games to play.

  • No, we will provide darts for the best throwing experience for you and your group, and to ensure a safe environment for all.

Private Events

  • Yes! Host anything from a birthday celebration to a company outing, a fantasy league draft party to girls’ night out at The Clubhouse. To learn more and inquire about hosting your event with us, click here.

  • No, we do not provide decorations for events. If you would like to bring your own decorations (balloons, party hats, banner, etc), please contact us at connect@theclubhousewestport.

  • Of course! There is a cake / cupcake fee to bring in your own outside dessert.

  • In the event of a private event cancelation we charge an administrative fee of $100 after a booking has been confirmed.

    Additional cancellation charges may apply, please refer to your event contract.

Food & Beverage

  • Yes! We offer a full menu featuring elevated pub bites and specialty cocktails. Food & beverage service is available throughout the entire facility. Check back soon for our full menu!

  • No, we do not allow any outside food or beverages.

  • Yes, we have options! Please note that we are not a gluten-free or nut-free facility, and cannot guarantee that there is zero cross contamination, however we always do our best to accommodate. Check back soon to view our full menu!

  • Yes, we will have a rooftop that offers an outdoor dining area with lounge seating and a rooftop bar. Please note that the rooftop will be seasonal and open when weather allows.

  • Absolutely! We take great pride in our non-alcoholic offering. Come visit us to check out our “zero-proof” menu!
