2026 Summer Pass Terms & Conditions
The Summer Pass is valid July 1–August 31, 2026 for up to two (2) hours per eligible day during designated off-peak booking windows: Wednesdays & Thursdays anytime, and Fridays from 12:00–5:00 PM.
Please note: we will be closed for maintenance & training from 7/27-8/4.
The pass is valid for all activity spaces, including multisport simulators, karaoke rooms, and dart bays, subject to availability.
One Summer Pass reserves one activity space. The pass holder may bring guests up to the maximum capacity of the reserved space.
The pass holder must be present during each reservation and may not book activity spaces on behalf of others.
Included hours do not roll over and may not be accumulated or transferred to another day.
Additional time beyond the included two hours will be billed at The Clubhouse's current hourly rates (peak or off-peak, as applicable).
Reservations are required and are subject to availability. Peak booking windows (Friday after 5:00 PM and all day Saturday & Sunday) are excluded from the Summer Pass.
The Summer Pass cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, private event bookings, or buyouts.
No-shows or repeated late cancellations may result in a reservation fee, temporary suspension, or revocation of Summer Pass privileges at the discretion of management.
The Clubhouse reserves the right to suspend or revoke any Summer Pass without refund for misuse of the pass, disruptive behavior, failure to follow house policies, or abuse of the booking system.
Standard house rules apply. Guests must be at least 12 years old to participate in darts. Children are welcome in accordance with The Clubhouse's regular age policies, and guests under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian where required.
The Summer Pass has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be resold.
The Clubhouse reserves the right to modify these terms or discontinue the Summer Pass program at its discretion.
