2026 Winter Golf League

This winter, compete in The Clubhouse's first weekly golf league! Join us on Monday nights for 8 weeks from 8:00-10:00pm to play global courses, climb the leaderboard, and play for prizes – culminating in a championship final to crown the first-ever Clubhouse Champions.

$600 per person to be paid in full before the start of the league. Includes 1 order of popcorn on us, and 1 beer or seltzer (16oz) per player per week.

THE FORMAT

  • Each week two teams (four players) will share a simulator to accommodate the 20 golfers in the league. All scores will be logged, & there will be a running total each week to rank the teams with their cumulative score. 

  • Each player must have a minimum of 3 of their tee shots taken during each of the 9 holes. Sim settings will remain the same throughout the competition with auto putting and standard wind conditions.

  • During week seven, the team with the fourth lowest score to par will play the top team (1st vs 4th), and third place will take on second (2nd vs 3rd) in a straight knock out with the winners progressing to the final for the final week.

  • During the Championship on Monday, March 23rd, all games will be played from 6:00-8:00pm. The final championship game will be played from 8:00-10:00pm. All league participants are invited to stay and watch the action unfold until our champion has been crowned! 

    *In the case there are any ties there will be a one hole alternate shot playoff until a winner is determined.

    *If a pair must miss a time slot, they can make it up that same week at their own cost with a Clubhouse staff member on-site to set up and check all scores.

By registering for 2026 The Clubhouse Monday Night Sim League, participants agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Terms & Conditions

  • Spots are first come, first serve. You must register with a partner. Singles will be placed on a waitlist and will be paired with another single if there is availability.

    League registration requires full payment of $600 per person prior to the start of the league. You are not registered until payment has been received.

    All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, including in the event of scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend.

    League spots are limited and secured only upon receipt of payment.

  • League play generally takes place on Monday nights from 8:00–10:00 PM, January 26 through March 23, 2026, excluding February 16 (Presidents’ Day).

    Exception: During Championship Week on Monday, March 23, all league matches will be played from 6:00–8:00 PM, followed by the Championship Final from 8:00–10:00 PM.

    If a team is unable to attend their scheduled time slot, they may complete a make-up round within the same week, subject to simulator availability and at their own cost. A Clubhouse staff member will be present to set up and verify scores.

    Missed rounds that are not made up will result in a recorded score at the discretion of league administrators.

  • The league consists of 10 teams of 2 players competing in a handicapped 9-hole, 2-ball team scramble.

    Each player must contribute a minimum of three tee shots per round.

    Simulator settings (including auto putting and standard wind conditions) will remain consistent throughout the season.

    All scores will be logged and cumulative standings will be updated weekly and shared via email.

    The Clubhouse reserves the right to adjust league format, pairings, or scheduling as necessary to ensure fair and efficient play.

  • Playoff matchups and championship structure will follow the format outlined in league communications.

    In the event of a tie, a one-hole alternate shot playoff will be used to determine a winning team.

    Championship night will take place on Monday, March 23, with all league participants (and a plus one) invited to attend.

  • Prizes are awarded per team placement and are non-transferable.

    Experiences involving third parties (including The Patterson Club) are subject to availability and mutual scheduling.

    The Clubhouse is not responsible for prize substitutions due to circumstances beyond its control, but will make reasonable efforts to provide a comparable alternative if necessary.

  • League dues include an order of popcorn and one 16oz beer or seltzer per player, per week. No substitutions or carryovers.

    Additional food and beverages are available for purchase.

  • Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward staff and fellow players.

    The Clubhouse reserves the right to remove any participant for unsportsmanlike conduct, with no refund issued.

  • All league participants are required to fill out and sign The Clubhouse waiver. Participation is at the individual’s own risk. The Clubhouse is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during league play.
